Giants of English football, Everton have spent more seasons in the top flight than any other team. They have also won the league nine times, more than any club except Manchester United, Liverpool, and Arsenal. Established in 1878, Everton were founder members of the football league in 1888 and won their first championship in 1891. The first of their five FA Cups followed in 1906. In the 1926/7 season, their legendary striker Dixie Dean scored 60 league goals, a record that remains unbroken. The Blues' most successful period came in the 1980s. Here at New Vintage Football we have re-created some of Everton's greatest shirts from the 1960s onwards as worn by stars such as Alex Young, Alan Ball, Howard Kendall, Colin Harvey, Bob Latchford, Peter Reid, Kevin Sheedy, Graeme Sharp, and Duncan Ferguson.
