The undisputed giants of Serie A, Juve have won 36 domestic titles and 13 Coppas Italia, making them the record holder for both competitions. They have won as many championships as their two nearest rivals, the Milan clubs, combined. The three stars on their shirt represent the fact that they have won over 30 titles. Founded in 1897, the team from Turin are the second-oldest football club in Italy that are still active (only Genoa are older). They have won all of the major European titles including two European Cups/Champions Leagues (in 1985 and 1996), one Cup Winners’ Cup, and a joint-record three UEFA Cups. The team nicknamed “La Vecchia Signore” (the old lady) have enjoyed many golden ages, including the early 1930s, the ‘70s and ‘80s, and the late ‘90s. They have been particular dominant in the last decade, winning every Italian championship from 2012 to 2020, a period which included four consecutive doubles and also saw them signing Cristiano Ronaldo. Juventus players have won eight European player of the year awards, including four in consecutive years (1982-85) which is a record. Here at New Vintage Football we have re-created some of the Bianconeri’s most famous shirts from 1970-2017, as worn by club legends such as Roberto Bettega, Gaetano Scirea, Paolo Rossi, Michel Platini, Robert Baggio, Alessandro del Piero, Zinedine Zidane, Pavel Nedved, Giorgio Chiellini, and Andrea Pirlo.
